Dear Mr Thao,
Thank you for the wonderful tour you had arranged for us. All of us enjoyed the trip despite some hiccups in the programe. The guides for Halong Bay and Hue did a good job. The guide for Ho Chi Minh is still lacking of experience and poor in time management. Of course everyone knew the standard of your first lady guide, Ms Hong in Hanoi. We in fact wasted almost that day''''s programe. Luckily as I have mentioned earlier, your 2nd guide, Mr Wong saved your day. Otherwise we will be ..............
All the meals were good except the last buffet lunch at Ho Chi Min. We finished our breakfast at 7.30 am but lunch was arranged at 10.40 am. We didn''''t really enjoy that meal. Nevertheless, we appreciate the hardwork you have put in to make our trip a memorable one.
